We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to spearhead brand development, content creation, and community expansion for Proof of Skill — a blockchain-driven protocol designed to make hiring faster, fairer, and fraud-proof.

About Proof of Skill:
Proof of Skill enables candidates to build fully verified profiles, which include Proof of ID, Proof of Experience (validated by employers), Proof of Skill (confirmed through expert consensus), and Proof of Education (verified by educational institutions).
Our AI-powered matchmaking then connects these verified talents with companies, allowing employers to quickly identify candidates who can truly deliver results.

AI has disrupted traditional hiring processes by making it easy to falsify resumes, assignments, and even interviews. We are establishing a trust layer for hiring — similar to a credit score, but focused on skills.

Since our launch in November ’24, we have enrolled over 5,000 candidates, collaborated with more than 160 organizations (including Sprinto, Edureka, Yes Bank, IDfy, Moshi Moshi, and Pega), and are experiencing rapid growth. Companies leveraging Proof of Skill typically fill roles within just four interviews on average.

What you will do:

Lead and implement digital marketing, social media, and brand strategies
Develop high-impact content such as copy, visuals, and short-form videos
Foster and increase community engagement among validators, candidates, and organizations
Design and optimize websites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
Assist sales teams with marketing materials and lead-generation initiatives
Monitor and enhance performance using analytics tools

Why you are:

Possess over 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand growth
Proficient in SEO/SEM, CMS platforms (Webflow/WordPress), and marketing technologies
Experienced with MixPanel, Google Analytics, MS Clarity, and similar tools
Strong storytelling abilities coupled with creative execution skills
Highly motivated, self-driven, and committed to making hiring more equitable
Based in Mumbai

It’s a major advantage if you have:

Experience scaling D2C or Gen Z-focused brands
Background in crypto or blockchain marketing
Built or collaborated with college communities
Knowledge and experience using AI-driven graphic and video tools
