Mission:
Recommending and implementing marketing resources to develop the volume / margin ratio of Liquid Cheese and Cream Cheese
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Research:
➢ Conduct comprehensive market research within the cheese industry, focusing specifically on the liquid cheese product category.
➢ Perform competitor analysis and customer research to identify market trends, preferences, and opportunities.
➢ Stay updated on new QSR trends and emerging market demands related to cheese specific dishes, incorporating findings into product strategies.
Product Development:
➢ Drive concept and ideation for International & regional QSR’s for the liquid cheese category. (APAM region - McD, Subway, Rebel foods, Pizza hut, BK, Dominos, KFC, Taco bell)
➢ Prepare compelling concept presentations, utilizing data-driven arguments to effectively convey value propositions and secure client engagements.
➢ Lead the development of product catalogs, repository, new recipes for the liquid cheese, ensuring alignment with market demands and client needs.
➢ Collaborate closely with the R&D team to translate client requirements into viable product solutions, facilitating regular enhancements based on feedback from the customers.
➢ Oversee the creation of product labels and packaging, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, FSSAI and obtaining approvals from relevant stakeholders.
➢ Conduct regular sensory evaluations of product samples.
➢ Taking the lead in decision-making for your product category, and facilitating collaboration among all stakeholders to align and drive initiatives forward.
Other Activities:
➢ Digital Marketing (SEO, SMO, PPC), Website designing, development & maintenance projects
➢ Events – Gulf food, Aahar & Anufood.
Requirements
PROFILE
• Training - MBA with concentration in Marketing or degree in Engineering with concentration in Agriculture/Agronomy
• Experience - 8 years+ experience in marketing (experience in sales is an added bonus)
