Salary range: Rs 250000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 2.5-6 LPA)

Min Experience: 3 years

Location: Jaipur, RJ, India

JobType: full-time

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support revenue generation, market expansion, and customer engagement. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to identify market opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert them into business success. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s presence in a competitive and evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote pump and solar products across domestic and international markets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business development goals and revenue targets.
  • Generate and nurture leads through campaigns, trade shows, digital marketing, and industry networking.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Create marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, case studies, product videos, and content for digital channels.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and report on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, OEM partners, and industry influencers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build strong market presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in pump, solar, or industrial product sectors.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, campaign management, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to achieve targets.

Preferred

  • Experience in the renewable energy sector or mechanical/industrial products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with government tenders, institutional sales, or solar EPC industry would be advantageous.
