Full-Time | Fast-paced | Ad-Tech | Growth-Focused
We’re a high-growth, high-speed ad-tech company with a bias for action and outcomes. We’re currently looking for a marketing manager who isn’t just experienced but sharp, agile, and highly street-smart. This is not a role for someone who needs step-by-step instructions. We want someone who knows how to solve problems fast, lead people, and move the needle. This person drive cross-functional execution and bring the right mix of strategic mindset, tactical execution, and strong communication to the table.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a growing marketing team across verticals (B2B pre sales, events, social media, content, brand etc.)
- Own project management for key campaigns and deliverables, ensure everything is on track, on time, and on point
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership to align on business priorities
- Be hands-on with tools and platforms from CRM and analytics to ad managers and creative platforms
- Solve for bottlenecks, anticipate problems and proactively improve processes
- Own internal and external communication standards (from brand voice to stakeholder updates)
- Balance execution with strategy you’ll be expected to think and do, often in the same day
What You Absolutely Must Have
- Team leadership experience - you’ve led, mentored, and grown a team before
- Project and people management skills - you can prioritize, delegate, and deliver
- Excellent communication skills - clear writing, confident speaking, and persuasive storytelling
- Hands-on marketing tool proficiency - Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, MS Clarity, GA4, Canva, Notion, Slack, etc.
- Smart, street-smart mindset - you know how to navigate ambiguity and get things done
- Bias for action and high ownership - no waiting for instructions; you move
Nice-to-Haves
- B2B Marketing experience in the ad-tech, martech, or media industries
- Advanced knowledge of growth marketing strategies (ABM, influencer, performance)
- Branding or creative strategy experience
- Familiarity with budget planning and ROI measurement
