Job Description - Marketing Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and Affiliate channels for Branch International. This role will be responsible for driving efficient growth while balancing CAC, LTV, and portfolio quality in a highly regulated fintech environment.
You will work closely with Growth, Product, Risk, Analytics, and external partners to design, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies with a strong focus on experimentation, measurement, and scalable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Own end-to-end performance marketing across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and Affiliate networks.
  • Growth & Efficiency: Drive acquisition at scale while optimizing for CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and downstream quality metrics.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Lead structured testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Optimize the affiliate program; manage partner onboarding, performance tracking, fraud checks, and payout efficiency.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Define and track performance KPIs; analyze funnel performance and attribution to inform budget allocation.
  • Creative & Funnel Collaboration: Partner with Brand, Product, and Lifecycle teams to align messaging, creatives, and post-acquisition journeys.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Manage media and affiliate agencies with clear KPIs, SLAs, and performance reviews.
  • Compliance & Risk Alignment: Ensure all campaigns adhere to fintech, regulatory, and platform compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years in performance or growth marketing roles, preferably in Fintech, BFSI, or high-scale digital businesses.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Affiliate platforms.
  • Comfort with dashboards, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks; ability to translate data into decisions.
  • Strong ownership mindset, structured problem-solving, and ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
