Job Description - Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented
Marketing Manager who can undertake marketing projects
for the benefit of our company. The candidate must be able to organize
creative campaigns and promotional events that add to our company's brand
value.

About You:

You're a well -rounded marketing
professional with hands -on design, digital and communications experience,
strong attention to detail and a passion for great marketing that makes the
customer experience easy while driving business results.

  • You are passionate about both getting the detail
    right and getting things done
  • You can present ideas visually and explain them
    clearly and persuasively which you can demonstrate with your portfolio
  • You think outside the box and challenging - as well
    as being challenged - on ideas, concepts and processes
  • You have a keen eye for good design and are an
    expert Adobe Creative Suite user, including Indesign and
    Photoshop/Lightroom
  • You have proven experience managing the design and
    delivery of websites, creating exceptionally easy digital experiences
  • You have experience working with Sales teams on
    outbound campaigns 
  • You can analyze and present data to make informed
    decisions, with a strong grasp of business principles and how marketing
    drives results
  • You are hands -on and can understand practical
    concepts – experience marketing architectural products in construction
    industry is beneficial
  • You are equally comfortable leading others/managing
    contractors, collaborating and working as a humble team player, and
    working alone to achieve results

 

Responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive
    marketing strategies.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication
    campaigns (social media, TV etc. ), exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate
    trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer
    requirements and dedication.
  • Write copy for diverse marketing
    distributions(brochures, press releases, website material etc. ).
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and
    publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics
    and submit reports of performance.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and
    monitoring expenses.

You will be utilizing your skills
and experience to do a mix of hands -on work to get things done.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Collaboratively conceive, develop and execute
    efficient and intuitive marketing strategies budgeting, planning and
    coordinating implementation.
  • Support and contribute to strategy and execution of
    outbound Sales campaigns

 

Brand & Marketing
Communication:

  • Manage DLUX’s brand image and communications,
    producing content with clean modern design and clear
    persuasive copy for a variety of mediums and platforms
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions
    (brochures, press releases, website material etc. ).

DLUX’s Digital Campaigns &
Channels:

  • Manage DLUX’s website and DLUX’s social media
    presence, report on and drive results
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication
    campaigns (social media, TV etc. ), exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics
    and submit reports of performance.

DLUX’s Video Content:

  • Ideate short -form video concepts aligning with
    platforms, clients' messaging, and marketing objectives.
  • Support Pre -Production: video content through
    script -writing, story boarding, and content briefs for videographers and
    creators.
  • Video Editing and Post -Production: enhancing raw
    footage with transitions, motion graphics and animation, music and audio,
    and other visual elements.
  • Analyze video performance metrics for data -driven
    content optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, maintaining
    quality and project timelines.

Stay updated on video editing,
social media, and marketing trends.

 

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate
    trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

Partner Relationships:

  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and
    publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.

New Initiatives You Will Drive

  • Establishing our Brand & marketing function
  • Rebranding our DLUX brands, aligning and
    positioning them in the market
  • Spearheading the rebuild of our websites into a
    world -class digital experience to make the customer experience
    exceptionally easy



Requirements


  • A relevant bachelor’s degree in Media or a related
    field (e.g. marketing) is essential.
  • Minimum 4 -years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication, written
    communication, collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Previous media agency experience and a strong
    portfolio to display your expertise. Video editing skills are a must for
    this role, with a strong eye for detail!
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, and outlook
  • Experience in copywriting, social media management,
    website management and brand management
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe
    editor, and Canva.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
    whilst working collaboratively within the team environment.
  • Be comfortable taking feedback and direction to
    learn and develop whilst showing proactiveness, initiative and expressing
    your own ideas and creativity.
  • A go -getter with a creative mindset and the ability
    to think outside the box.
