Marketing Manager

We, at TinyOwl, are starting a revolution- a food revolution! Our goal is to let your food be at your fingertips in a smart and hassle free manner. We have a young and growing team comprising of coders, marketers and designers from premier Indian and global institutes like IITs, IIMs, LBS etc. We are looking to build an all-star company in the food industry and we are looking at enthusiastic and ambitious people to join our team.

TinyOwl is looking for a hard-working youngster who will join us in capturing the market in India- you will be expected to lead and scale a high performance team. From competitive analysis, task prioritization and external communication, you help shape the market for TinyOwl. You will be crucial in our aim to take advantage of user insights, drive initiatives, and finally grow a loyal user base who are happy with our product and support experience.

This position is located in our Mumbai office.  

What you will do:

  Take ownership of campaigns to capture the market for TinyOwl

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct market research in order to identify consumer requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development

  
  


• 
  

  Dig out actionable insights from the data to decide on further marketing strategies

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct analytics for the team and suggest improvements to campaign management

  
  


• 
  

  You set the vision, you manage and execute that vision- all while making sure that your team is running at optimum efficiency

  
  

What you will need:

• 
  

  A Bachelors degree in any discipline. A Masters would be good too

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  
  


• 
  

  Extremely data-focused and strong data visualization skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of the Indian market and media landscape

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with mobile marketing is an important plus

  
  


• 
  

  Passion for ensuring world-class user experience

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in MS- Office is required
