We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 7 to
10 years of B2B experience to own end -to -end marketing execution across brand
awareness, demand generation, events, content, digital, and sales enablement.
This is a hands -on role for someone who is structured, dependable, and
outcome -oriented able to take strategic direction and convert it into
disciplined weekly and monthly action.
Reports to: Marketing Lead
• Execute the annual marketing plan across events,
digital, content, social media, partner marketing, and demand generation; track
budget utilization and report on outcomes
• Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and
industry events end to end booth, collateral, logistics, lead capture, and
post -event follow -up
• Run lead generation campaigns across events,
digital ads, email, ABM, and partner channels; coordinate with sales for lead
nurturing and pipeline tracking.
• Focus on achieving marketing inbound,
multi -channel, lead generation targets for the year. Work closely with sales
and partner organizations to ensure accurate tracking and conversions.
• Manage the website transition, and subsequent
updates, landing pages, and SEO execution in coordination with vendors and
agencies
• Own LinkedIn and other relevant B2B social media
channels for the ANSCER Robotics brand; execute monthly content calendar and
track performance
• Coordinate creation of case studies, sales
presentations, brochures, videos, and all marketing and sales collateral
• Execute PR activities and ensure all external
communications follow internal approval processes
• Support partner marketing: MDFs, co -marketing
activities, partner communications, and partner portal
• Manage agencies and vendors with clear briefs,
timelines, and cost trackers
• Maintain weekly and monthly performance
dashboards covering leads, reach, website metrics, event ROI, and budget
utilization
• Manage junior team members, interns, and
cross -functional coordination with sales, product, technical, and finance teams
• 7 to 10 years of B2B marketing experience,
preferably in industrial equipment, automation, manufacturing, or engineering
sectors
• Proven track record executing marketing plans
across events, digital, content, and lead generation
• Strong experience with both offline and online
lead generation in B2B environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors,
and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, trackers,
and reporting formats
• Familiarity with CRM, SEO, LinkedIn campaigns,
email marketing, ABM, and website CMS tools is an advantage
• Some people management experience including
executives and interns
