Job Description - Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and
result -oriented Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing, brand
management, corporate communications, and website management initiatives. The
ideal candidate should have proven experience in executing digital campaigns,
strengthening brand presence, generating leads, and managing integrated
marketing activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead
Generation

  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital
    marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta,
    email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Plan and manage lead generation campaigns to support
    business growth objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics,
    and provide actionable insights and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal
    stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.

Brand Management &
Corporate Communications

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance
    brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and
    communication across all platforms.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, brochures,
    presentations, corporate profiles, and promotional materials.
  • Support corporate branding, employer branding, and
    public relations initiatives.

Marketing Campaigns &
Events

  • Plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns,
    product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, webinars, and promotional
    activities.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and return on
    investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to align
    marketing initiatives with business objectives.

 

Website Management

  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring
    content accuracy, SEO optimization, user experience, and timely updates.
  • Coordinate with web developers, designers, and
    content teams for website enhancements and maintenance.
  • Monitor website performance and analytics,
    recommending strategies to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion
    rates.

Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and
    monitor industry trends.
  • Analyze marketing data and prepare reports,
    dashboards, and performance insights for management.
  • Identify new market opportunities and support
    business expansion initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business
    Administration, Mass Communication, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, brand
    management, campaign execution, and website management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing,
    lead generation, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands -on experience with Google Analytics, Google
    Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, CRM, and marketing
    automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical,
    and stakeholder management skills.
