Coordinate with local associations, apartments, schools, colleges, industries, and NGOs for healthcare programs.
Promote hospital specialties and healthcare packages through field marketing activities.
Work closely with consultants and hospital management to improve referral networks.
Coordinate with the digital marketing agency for online campaigns and ensure quality lead generation.
Monitor patient referrals, marketing activities, and campaign effectiveness through regular MIS reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business growth opportunities.
Build and maintain a positive brand image for BR Hospitals within the local community.
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to healthcare ethics and hospital guidelines.

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, business development, pharmaceutical marketing, or healthcare field operations.
Strong networking and relationship -building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience in organizing health camps, corporate events, and community outreach programs.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and the ability to coordinate with external marketing agencies.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
Self -motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and business development activities.
Preferred language: Tamil, Telugu, and English.
