Marketing Manager

ElevenX Capital is looking for a Marketing Manager to
drive demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and content-led growth across
its higher education portfolio.

You will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and
portfolio teams to generate qualified pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and
strengthen client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own multi-channel demand generation and ABM
  campaigns targeting higher education decision-makers.
  
• Generate and grow MQLs, SQLs, and qualified
  pipeline through LinkedIn, paid search, email, and content campaigns.
  
• Create campaign content including emails, landing
  pages, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and social posts.
  
• Lead SEO, GEO/AEO, and digital visibility
  initiatives.
  
• Manage HubSpot workflows, lead scoring,
  segmentation, nurture campaigns, and reporting.
  
• Develop campaigns for client retention, upsell,
  cross-sell, and partner marketing.
  
• Track campaign ROI, conversions, pipeline
  contribution, and overall marketing performance.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably
  in Higher Education, EdTech, SaaS, or technology.
  
• Strong experience in demand generation, ABM,
  performance marketing, and pipeline creation.
  
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and marketing
  automation.
  
• Experience with SEO, GEO/AEO, content marketing,
  LinkedIn, paid search, and email campaigns.
  
• Strong writing, analytical, and campaign
  management skills.
  
• Experience marketing to higher education
  decision-makers is highly preferred.
