We are looking for a creative and strategically minded Brand & Marketing Manager to shape brand positioning, develop compelling marketing campaigns, and strengthen brand presence for a premium consumer brand. This role combines brand strategy, consumer insights, content development, creative direction, and marketing execution.

The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing fundamentals, a refined design sensibility, and a structured approach to turning ideas into effective campaigns. You should understand consumer behaviour, recognise emerging cultural trends, and know how to translate insights into relevant brand stories and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Translate consumer insights, market research, competitor activity, and emerging trends into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Develop creative campaign concepts, content strategies, and brand storytelling approaches for relevant marketing channels.
• Define and maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, visual identity, and creative direction.
• Guide the development and evaluation of marketing content, campaign creatives, and brand communication materials.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned creative assets.
• Incorporate customer feedback and insights from support interactions into marketing strategies and communication.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns from initial concept through delivery and performance review.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, product consideration, and customer loyalty.
• Monitor consumer behaviour, pop culture, lifestyle trends, and relevant market developments to inform creative decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns and customer touchpoints.
• Establish structured marketing workflows, campaign calendars, timelines, and execution processes.
• Evaluate campaign performance and use relevant insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for brand differentiation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing strategy, content strategy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behaviour, marketing fundamentals, and campaign development.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market insights and consumer needs into compelling marketing ideas.
• Strong creative judgement and a well-developed design sensibility, with the ability to evaluate visual and written content.
• Experience developing brand narratives, campaign concepts, content strategies, or integrated marketing initiatives.
• A structured and analytical approach to solving marketing problems and executing ideas.
• Awareness of pop culture, emerging trends, consumer preferences, and changing market dynamics.
• Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Experience with D2C, premium consumer, home, kitchen, cookware, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• A portfolio demonstrating brand strategy, campaign development, creative direction, or content strategy work is highly desirable.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking, creative development, and hands-on marketing execution in an in-office environment.
