JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop the business by creating awareness about JD Institute + its campuses and its various educational courses across India by generating database and market collateralsDevelop, arrange, and manage brand promotion activitiesTake care of ATL, BTL, TTL activitiesManage all Digital Marketing campaigns (SEO, SMO, AdWords, Publishers)Develop tie-ups with schools and colleges.Prepare and implement a strategy to maximize admission and further increase ROIs.Develop strategic ties with consultants and academic counsellors and their trainingActively conduct all aspects of the marketing/admission procedure.Maintain and update files of all the students/candidates in the organization.Data collection & compilation along with planning & promoting special events.Development of business-enhancing opportunities for the organization by acquiring sponsorship as well as accessing media for promotional activities.Raise the number of admissions through regular follow up with marketing activities.Create a positive and enthusiastic team spirit and maintain motivation and staff rapport effectively.Control the expenses budget, deal with petty cash according to management procedures and maintain accurate accounting records and receipts.Online Reputation Management (ORM) – (Quora; GMB)Handling appropriate media selection for advertising new programmes launch campaigns organized by the institute.Implementing measures to maximise customer satisfaction levels.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in similar roles in education and related industriesStrong communication skills and a strong mastery of written and verbal EnglishInherent ability to have engaging conversations.Bachelor’s from any recognized university.Should have demonstrated experience in handling complex problems
