We specialize in crafting data-driven yet creative marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of startups. Leveraging our deep understanding of startup dynamics, we align our end-to-end marketing services with our clients' business and sales goals, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional end-to-end marketing services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for participating in strategic initiatives, overseeing execution, and ensuring seamless collaboration across various marketing disciplines.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our clients' business objectives. Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify emerging trends to shape effective marketing campaigns.

2. Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and a seamless implementation. Ensure timely delivery, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to timelines.

3. Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to a cross-functional team of marketing professionals, including content creators, graphic designers, SEO specialists, performance marketers, video producers, and web developers. Foster a collaborative and creative environment, and empower team members to excel.

4. Content Marketing: Drive the development of high-quality, engaging content across various formats (written, visual, audio, etc.)

5. SEO and Performance Marketing: Work closely with our SEO and performance marketing teams to develop and implement strategies.

6. Video Marketing: Oversee the conceptualization, production, and distribution of compelling video content that resonates with target audiences and supports overall marketing objectives.

7. Website Development: Collaborate with our web development team to create and maintain user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing websites that enhance the user experience and support lead generation efforts.

8. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze strategy/ campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and provide comprehensive reports and insights to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within an agency or a startup.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various marketing disciplines, including content marketing, SEO, performance marketing, video marketing, and website development.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Adaptability and a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on emerging marketing trends and technologies.
