Position: Marketing Manager(Growth Strategy), Acquisitions Team

Location: Bengaluru/Mumbai

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Manager (Growth Strategy), you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth in the conversion funnel of RummyCircle app across different regions of India. This role involves a deep understanding of the marketing funnel metrics, identifying customer pain points and a zeal towards finding creative solutions to improve customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze funnel metrics including Clicks to Install, Install to Lead and Lead to Conversion for the various regions and acquisition channels.
  • Own regional funnel metric targets and develop strategies to optimize funnel performance and increase LTV.
  • Gather customer feedback through surveys,
  • interviews and market research to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Define messaging and offers tailored to specific audiences and segments that addresses the growth needs of the
  • different regions.
  • Track campaign performance and ROI, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize the different campaign elements such as messaging, creative assets, and offer constructs.
  • Work closely with product managers to drive product roadmap, feature priorities and go-to market strategies for new releases.
  • Undertake initiatives to increase conversions organically and through referrals.
  • Work closely with brand and design teams to build content that capture the unique regional sentiments & maximize customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • 3-5 years experience in developing marketing strategies and executing marketing campaigns.
  • MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 college is preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools like tableau, SQL is preferred.
