Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This includes defining brand positioning, target audience, and competitive differentiation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure alignment and support for brand initiatives.

Ensure brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing and communication channels.

Build and lead a high-performing brand team, providing guidance, mentor ship, and performance feedback to team members

The Successful Applicant

10-15 years of relevant brand management experience

Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Possess excellent interpersonal, communication (written & oral) and organisational skills
