Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute tailored marketing strategies focused on the needs and preferences of Neuro and Ortho doctors.
• Work closely with medical teams to understand their specialties, challenges, and marketing needs in order to provide effective solutions.
• Utilize data-driven insights to assess market trends and tailor campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels to reach healthcare professionals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Neuro and Ortho specialists through networking events, conferences, and other outreach efforts.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement of marketing strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the healthcare sector, particularly with a focus on Neuro and Ortho specialties.
