Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand -building, lead generation, and marketing initiatives for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and strategic brand development, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and SEM platforms.
  
• Drive lead generation initiatives and optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  
• Manage brand communication across online and offline channels.
  
• Oversee social media, website content, and digital presence.
  
• Plan and execute events, project launches, and promotional campaigns.
  
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective campaign delivery.
  
• Monitor marketing metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience in the Real Estate industry.
  
• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Brand Management.
  
• Hands -on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and SEM.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Proven ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with a strong background in real estate marketing, brand building, and performance -driven lead generation campaigns will be preferred.
