Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eCommerce project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive online sales, enhance brand awareness, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives for the D2C eCommerce project.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Brand Management: Enhance brand presence and reputation by ensuring consistent messaging and creative across all marketing channels.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on eCommerce and D2C marketing. Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
