By leveraging technology, we streamline processes and ensure efficiency & transparency at every step of the journey.As the Marketing Operations Coordinator at ReUpyog, you'll spearhead efforts to enhance the operational efficiency of our partner stores while devising creative marketing strategies to increase online engagement and enquiries. This role is a unique opportunity to merge operations management with marketing savvy, driving both in-store success and online growth. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to channelize foot traffic to partner stores while simultaneously increasing online enquiries and engagement.Ensure that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are meticulously imposed across all partner stores, fostering consistency in operations and customer experience.Collaborate closely with the purchase teams to optimize inventory levels at partner stores, ensuring adequate stock availability to meet customer demand.Work in tandem with the ReUpyog sales partners to execute marketing campaigns and promotions that drive traffic to partner stores and stimulate online engagement.Analyze store performance metrics and online engagement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Conduct regular store & market visits to assess operational performance, provide support to store staff, and gather insights for optimization.Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner store managers, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries and support.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management/Economics, Technology or a related field.Prior experience in retail operations, marketing, or field coordination is advantageous.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and driving online engagement.Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Willingness to travel to partner stores and attend occasional meetings as required.BenefitsHands-on experience at the intersection of retail operations and marketing, with opportunities for growth and development.Mentorship and guidance from seasoned professionals in operations and marketing.Competitive compensation package.
