Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and passionate Marketing Outreach Executives to represent our brand at ground-level activations and connect with potential customers. Your mission: build awareness, generate leads, and drive on-spot conversions for our wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-ground marketing activities at corporates, residential societies, gyms, cafes, and events

Confidently pitch HCA programs and educate prospects about offerings

Capture accurate lead details with proper contact & interest tagging

Close deals on-the-spot or coordinate handover to inside sales

Ensure professional brand representation and manage marketing collateral

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Excellent communication & persuasive skills

✔ Fluency in Hindi & English (local language is a bonus)

✔ Basic understanding of fitness, wellness, or health (preferred)

✔ Prior experience in field sales / brand promotion is a plus

✔ Energetic, confident, and ready to engage with people

💰 Stipend: 15k-20k
