Marketing Specialist

Position Summary: Black Box TPS seeks a talented and creative Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will develop and execute strategic communication plans to promote our brand, products, and services. You will have a crucial role in crafting compelling messaging, creating engaging content, and implementing integrated marketing communications campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various marketing collateral, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, press releases, case studies, and sales materials.Brand Messaging: Craft clear and consistent messaging that effectively communicates Black Box TPS brand values, product features, and unique selling propositions to our target audience.Campaign Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, target audience insights, and marketing goals.Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders to generate positive media coverage and secure speaking opportunities, awards, and partnerships.Event Management: Plan and coordinate marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, conferences, and virtual events, to promote brand awareness, engage with customers, and generate leads.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and campaign results to measure the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts and identify areas for optimization.Internal Communications: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
