Job
Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
professional to manage all our digital campaign requirements across all Axis My
India’s asset. The ideal candidate should have complete operating understanding
on ad campaigns, digital operations, content tech as well as an ability to
troubleshoot digital issues. This role sits at the intersection of technology,
digital marketing and content curation and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
· Setting, monitoring, tracking and
optimizing campaigns across internal platforms as well as external platforms
(Google, Meta, LinkedIn etc.)
· Ensuring every digital action is
correctly tracked, data flows seamlessly between systems and any issues are
resolved in full and on time to avoid any campaign performance gaps.
· Manage all KYC, verification and
compliance requirements across digital platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) as well
as the internal Axis My India app.
· Oversee campaign compliance with
platform policies and industry regulations and minimizing risks of disapproval
or account restrictions
· Plan and execute content
scheduling across digital channels and company -owned assets, maintaining
consistency and timeliness.
· Manage the distribution of
creatives and videos across campaigns, ensuring deadlines, format requirements
and brand guidelines are adhered to
· Liaise with creative teams for
quick asset resizing, adaptations and edits to support campaign launches and
ongoing optimizations
· Monitor campaign KPIs in real
time, analyze outcomes and generate actionable insights to improve efficiency
and ROI.
· Deliver structured daily, weekly,
and monthly performance reports for internal teams and senior management,
highlighting progress, gaps, and recommendations
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in either
Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology.
· Master’s degree (MBA/PGDMB in
marketing, digital or Analytical) preferred
Experience
· 5–7 years of experience in
digital operations, campaign management or ad -tech roles
· Prior experience in agency
environment, ad -tech companies or digital first consumer brands
· Proven track record of
implementing and troubleshooting pixels, API and campaign compliance
Technical
and Operating Skills
· Strong working knowledge of
analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Data Studio and campaign management
tools like Meta Business suite, Ad servers.
· Basic creative/asset ability
using platforms like Canva, Adobe Premier, Photoshop is a plus
· Understanding of data flows,
attribution models and platform integrations
· Ability to work in a fast -pace
high performance environment with multiple stakeholders
· Result oriented and strong bias
for action mindset for every task which requires immediate action and execution.
