The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Customer Marketing team, you will enhance marketing operations by driving process excellence and implementing advanced technology solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine marketing strategies, making sure they align with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What You Must Have
- 5 years of experience
- Tier 1 / Tier 2 MBA or relevant full-time master’s degree
- Experience in consulting or industry roles across sales, service, marketing, or customer transformation/ front office consulting
- Understanding of CRM, customer experience, and front-office processes
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to structure analyses, create executive-ready presentations, and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of MarTech platforms (Adobe Marketo/ AJO, AEP, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc) and CRM tools (Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics/ Oracle)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Support client engagements across sales, service, and marketing transformation programs
- Analyze current-state business processes, operating models, and customer journeys
- Help design future-state processes, organization structures, and capability roadmaps
- Contribute to CRM, customer service, and marketing technology transformation initiatives
- Develop presentations, business cases, workshops, and client deliverables
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis to generate insights
- Understanding integration points between MarTech platforms, CRM systems, eCommerce portals and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project workstreams on time and with quality
- Build client relationships and contribute to practice development activities
- Familiarity with marketing technology solutions and frameworks
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools
- Understanding of customer data platforms and segmentation
- Demonstrated ability in leveraging marketing analytics
- Experience in digital commerce processes and tools
- Engaging effectively with global clients and stakeholders
