Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketplace Manager to manage day-to-day marketplace and e-commerce operations, primarily across Amazon.

The role will focus on catalog management, product setup, merchandising, inventory management, and product imagery. The ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage and maintain product catalogs and marketplace data files.

  Handle product setup, catalog updates, and data entry.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and manage inventory across marketplaces.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee product images and videos, including cropping, organizing, and correctly assigning assets.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure consistency and accuracy across product listings.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor website and backend inventory synchronization.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate their resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Support marketplace merchandising and day-to-day e-commerce operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, website management, or inventory management.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with marketplaces, particularly Amazon.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Shopify is preferred; Magento or similar platforms will also be considered.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

  
  

Nice to Have

  Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with small and medium-sized cross-functional teams.

  Experience managing large product catalogs or SKU-heavy environments.

  Prior experience in jewellery, D2C, or consumer brands.

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA
