Job Description - Marketplace - Sr Associate

About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you will independently manage multiple brand accounts across Amazon & Flipkart. This includes full -funnel Amazon Ads strategy, catalogue/content optimisation, data analytics, client communication, and revenue -driving initiatives. You’ll lead performance for 4–6 accounts and act as the primary client POC.

â Lead Amazon and Flipkart Marketing Ads.

â Create & Implement ad strategies to increase eCommerce revenue.

â Handle, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with

Amazon/Flipkart.

â Maintain and monitor key metrics for 4 -6 accounts.

â Optimize campaign performance to get better scale while maintaining ACoS.

â In -depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations

for campaigns.

â Work cross -functionally with R&D teams to understand new products and

launch them on Amazon.

â Direct, handle and be able to generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting

for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other key metrics.

â Communication to team and management on project development, timelines,

and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.

â Be on top of the latest happenings and algorithm changes for the platform

and implement the most cutting edge strategies for best -in -class results.

Requirements

â Experienced with Amazon Marketing including organic and paid marketing

growth.

â An insatiable desire to win! A clear -minded approach to continuously and

rapidly improve your skills so that you are amongst the best in ads

management.

â Extreme interest in business results and their linkage to marketing tactics.

You should be extremely interested in rapidly growing businesses via Digital

advertising.

â Experience in interpreting data and making business recommendations.

â Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple,

competing priorities simultaneously.

â Confidence in the analysis of number -based reports and experience in MS

Office (esp. Excel).

â Passion for online advertising and a proven track record of delivering

outstanding results.

â Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts on Amazon.
