MarTech Solution Architect (Technical Lead)

Experience: 4–6 Years
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full -time | On -site

Role Summary

We are looking for a solution -oriented MarTech Solution Architect / Technical Lead who combines strong technical execution with end -to -end solution ownership. This role will lead CRM, MarTech, automation, and integration projects—from requirement discovery and system design to development, deployment, and post -go -live optimization.

The ideal candidate is hands -on across the MarTech ecosystem, marketing automation, backend middleware, AI chatbots, RPA, analytics, and enterprise integrations, while confidently managing stakeholders, scope, timelines, and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Discovery

  • Lead stakeholder discussions to identify business goals, pain points, and automation opportunities

  • Translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical scope and execution plans

  • Conduct discovery workshops for CRM, automation journeys, data flow, and integrations

  • Create solution documentation including architecture plans, workflows, journey maps, and field mappings

2. Solutioning & Technical Architecture

  • Design scalable, enterprise -grade MarTech and CRM solutions

  • Define architecture for real -time and scheduled data sync, webhooks, and middleware layers

  • Ensure system reliability, security, logging, and failure handling

  • Make informed trade -offs between low -code tools and custom development

3. CRM Implementation Leadership

  • Lead end -to -end CRM implementations across Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot ecosystems

  • Own CRM architecture including custom modules, workflows, pipelines, and access controls

  • Implement automation, validation rules, routing, SLAs, and governance frameworks

  • Build CRM systems that drive adoption, visibility, and operational efficiency

4. MarTech & Automation Execution

  • Lead omnichannel marketing automation and lifecycle journey implementation

  • Own segmentation, trigger -based flows, lead nurturing, and re -engagement strategies

  • Execute journeys across WhatsApp, web experiences, email, and campaign platforms

5. CDP -Style Lifecycle Activation

  • Design event ingestion, tracking, and identity mapping strategies

  • Build behavioral and transactional segments for activation

  • Execute campaigns aligned to KPIs such as conversion, engagement, and attribution

6. Backend Development & Integrations

  • Design and develop scalable backend systems using Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs

  • Work with SQL, MongoDB, Redis for data storage and processing

  • Build middleware integrations for CRMs, WhatsApp platforms, Shopify, and analytics tools

  • Ensure secure APIs, real -time syncs, retries, and logging mechanisms

7. AI Chatbots & Conversational Automation

  • Lead development of AI -powered chatbots for WhatsApp and web

  • Integrate bots with CRM for automated lead qualification, routing, and escalation

  • Improve speed -to -lead and customer engagement through automation

8. RPA & High -Volume Automation

  • Design automation pipelines to reduce manual work and bypass platform limitations

9. Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards using Zoho Analytics, Google Analytics, and custom databases

  • Track funnel performance, journey metrics, attribution, and team productivity

10. Delivery Ownership

  • Own end -to -end delivery including estimation, execution, QA, UAT, and go -live

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, and rollout plans

  • Ensure clean documentation, handover, and post -deployment monitoring

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud / WebEngage / MoEngage

  • Marketing automation and lead lifecycle management

Integrations

  • WhatsApp platforms (Gupshup, Karix)

  • Google Analytics

  • Facebook & Google Ads conversion tracking

  • Website and e -commerce integrations

Soft Skills

  • Strong consulting and requirement -gathering abilities

  • Solution -oriented mindset with ownership

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of experience delivering CRM and MarTech implementations end -to -end

  • Ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution

  • Proven expertise in automation, integrations, and customer engagement at scale

  • Comfortable owning both solution design and hands -on development
