Massage Therapist

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of therapeutic and rejuvenating massage treatments tailored to the guests’ needs. The therapist must be experienced in various massage techniques and ensure the highest level of hospitality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and other specialized treatments.
  

• Assess guest needs and preferences to provide personalized treatment plans.
  

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment rooms and equipment.
  

• Provide a relaxing and comfortable environment for guests.
  

• Keep records of treatments and maintain proper documentation as per resort standards.
  

• Recommend spa products and aftercare as needed.
  

• Ensure guest privacy, dignity, and safety at all times.
  

Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in Massage Therapy or Spa Management from a recognized institution.
  

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a spa, resort, or wellness center.
  

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different massage modalities.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Professional demeanor and appearance.
  

• Willingness to relocate/live in Bandipur during employment.
  

• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a passion for wellness and guest service.
