• You advise our customers in the field of supply chain planning and transformation, focusing on processes, organization, but also digitalization and IT
• Your focus in transformations is on the ‘fuel’ – the data models 
• You form the interface between business departments and IT by supporting the design of the best solutions and simultaneously driving digitalization 
• You accompany or lead supply chain planning projects with a focus on data architecture for the implementation of leading supply chain planning systems such as o9, BlueYonder, or Kinaxis 
• You are an essential part of our projects, from acquisition, through preparation to execution together with our customers 
• You lead projects independently and guide both AIONEERS-EFESO colleagues and stakeholders from partner and customer companies to project success 
• You work "hands-on" and love to solve problems in a dynamic project environment and apply your supply chain planning knowledge
• You make decisions based on feasibility and the best benefit for our customers

Further you have:

• Relevant degree in areas such as supply chain, IT, industrial engineering, business administration, or similar 
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, master data, and/or supply chain management environment 
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) 
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: 
• End-to-end supply chain planning (organization, processes, and IT) focusing on S&OP, demand planning, supply, network, and distribution planning or production planning 
• Supply chain transformation & planning projects – from project planning through process design to execution 
•  Technical implementation of supply chain relevant software solutions (e.g., SAP APO / IBP, o9, BlueYonder, Kinaxis) 
• Software implementation or Scrum methodology 
• Building data structures or maintaining master data 
• Proficient in using MS Office products, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint 
• A strong grasp of both Master Data and Transactional Data originating from ERP systems is essential, experience with SAP ECC or S/4 is a big plus
• QlikSense / QlikView and/or other BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) 
• Affinity for new technologies and digital solutions, high motivation, and willingness to learn 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• "Hands-on" mentality combined with the joy of teamwork and project work with customer companies
