Key Responsibilities
1. Alteration Quality & Customer Satisfaction
● Ensure high standards of garment fit and alteration quality across all stores.
● Monitor alteration-related customer feedback, complaints, and refund cases.
● Implement corrective actions to minimize alteration errors and improve fit outcomes.
● Collaborate with store teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Store Master Capability Development
● Design and implement structured training programs for store masters.
● Conduct periodic skill assessments and certification programs.
● Identify capability gaps and develop targeted improvement plans.
● Ensure adherence to alteration standards, SOPs, and best practices.
● Build a culture of technical excellence across the alteration team.
3. Hiring & Talent Pipeline for Store Masters
● Partner with HR and store operations teams to identify manpower requirements.
● Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified store masters.
● Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
● Ensure timely placement of skilled resources to meet operational needs.
● Build succession plans for critical tailoring and alteration roles.
4. External Alteration Network Development
● Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable external tailoring partners.
● Establish a robust alteration support network across operating locations.
● Maintain updated records of approved vendors and tailoring partners.
● Ensure adequate alteration capacity to support store requirements.
● Strengthen relationships with external partners for long-term collaboration.
5. External Alteration Quality Management
● Monitor performance and quality standards of external alteration partners.
● Conduct regular quality audits and performance reviews.
● Track rework rates, customer complaints, and service quality metrics.
● Implement improvement plans and corrective actions where required.
