Could you be the full-time Material Planning Manager in DUHAI/Gaziabad we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your material planning expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials across our supply chain, helping us deliver innovative transport solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering), manage supplier performance, and ensure compliance with our core model processes for material planning and master data management.
You’ll specifically take care of supplier performance metrics and raw material coverage, but also lead risk management and cost-efficiency initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:
Applying core model processes for material planning activities and master data management
Managing supplier performance KPIs and ensuring raw material coverage aligns with targets
Collaborating with procurement for risk and impact management, including supplier selection
Leading supplier escalation processes and implementing action plans for performance improvement
Supporting Material Planners in addressing supply issues and ensuring timely recovery actions
Validating delivery performance KPIs and driving continuous improvement with internal and external stakeholders

Degree in Engineering (BE or B Tech)
Experience or understanding of Material Planning/Procurement (10-15 years preferred)
Knowledge of SAP – MM Module
Familiarity with supplier management and performance metrics
A certification in Lean Management or similar
Strong crisis management and inventory planning skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
