Material Purchasing Manager

Our group consists of experienced and highly motivated purchasing experts coming from different backgrounds acting together to deliver an optimal outcome for the business. What will you be doing: ### Manage a Group of Purchasing experts' daily activities. ### Navigate Material Purchasing group for excellence as part of groups staff. ### Set and measure Material group related KPIs. ### Own suppliers' operational execution, manage priorities with suppliers' and internal groups (material planning, manufacturing, R&D and engineering departments) to assure tools build plan execution. ### Proven managerial skills in a highly dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, preferably experience with large corporate. ### Excellent understanding of Purchasing business processes and the ability to build and lead continuous improvement. ### Great leadership skills; experienced in building teams from scratch, training and motivating team members. ### Ability to work under constant pressure and solve complex problems, while aligning with multiple groups and processing large amount of data ### Solid technical understanding, good ability to learn complex systems and manufacturing processes. ### Proven capabilities to present and manage commercial relationships with high level executives. ### Bachelor's degree (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is an advantage) ### 10 - 15 years' experience in similar position. ### Strong commercial orientations, communication & negotiation skills. ### Fluent in English, oral and written.
