Role Summary

A reputed CBSE / ICSE School at Arsikere, Hassan,
Karnataka is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics
Teacher.

Freshers with strong subject knowledge and a passion for
teaching are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be capable of
explaining mathematical concepts clearly and helping students develop strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach
  Mathematics as per the prescribed school curriculum.
  
• Prepare
  lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
  
• Explain
  mathematical concepts using effective and engaging teaching methods.
  
• Conduct
  tests and evaluate student performance.
  
• Provide
  additional academic support to students where required.
  
• Maintain
  classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
  
• Participate
  in school meetings, events, and academic activities.
  
• Maintain
  proper academic records and documentation.
  

Qualification & Requirements

• Graduate
  / Postgraduate in Mathematics or a relevant discipline.
  
• B.Ed.
  is mandatory.
  
• Freshers
  with strong subject knowledge may apply.
  
• Good
  communication and classroom management skills.
  
• Ability
  to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
  
• Basic
  knowledge of computers and digital teaching tools will be an advantage.
  

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000–₹23,000 per month.
  
• Shared
  accommodation will be provided.
  

Terms & Conditions

Selected candidates will be required to agree to the
following employment conditions:

1. Sign
   a 2-year employment bond.
   
2. Submit
   original qualification certificates with the school.
   
3. A
   refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's salary will
   be retained, with 25% of the monthly salary deducted for four months.
   The security deposit will be refundable as per the agreed terms and
   conditions.
