Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Closing Team Leader to manage the end-to-end sales closing process for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in deal closures, client handling, and team management within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of closing executives


• Handle end-to-end sales closure including site visits, negotiations, and final deal closures


• Ensure high conversion of qualified leads into bookings


• Coordinate with sourcing and sales teams for seamless handover and closure


• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth buying experience


• Track team performance and achieve closure targets


• Maintain accurate sales MIS and reporting

Key Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in closing/sales within real estate developers or mandate firms


• Prior team handling experience is preferred


• Strong negotiation and closing skills


• Excellent communication and client handling abilities


• Target-oriented with a result-driven mindset
