Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sourcing Manager to generate quality leads and build a strong network of channel partners for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, broker management, and lead generation within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, and direct sourcing


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and agencies


• Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team


• Coordinate with the closing team for seamless conversion of leads


• Explore and onboard new sourcing channels to expand reach


• Track and report sourcing activities and performance (MIS)


• Meet individual sourcing targets consistently

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in sourcing within real estate developers or mandate firms


• Strong network of brokers/channel partners in the local market


• Good communication and negotiation skills


• Self-motivated and target-oriented


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)


• Relevant exposure to real estate sales/sourcing will be an added advantage

Off Days:

• Any one Weekday Off
