Leading Healthcare / Health-tech Company, Chennai is hiring an MBA Fresher to work directly with the Founder.

*What You'll Do:*

- Drive execution on Founder's key initiatives - Break ideas into tasks, track & close - End-to-end ownership

- Coordinate across internal teams, external partners, vendors & investors

- Build systems for project management, workflows & accountability

- Prepare meeting notes, decks, memos & research summaries for founder decisions

- Market research, competitor analysis & healthcare trends analysis

- Use AI tools - Claude, Cowork, Claude Code etc. to automate manual work & streamline workflows

*Who Can Apply - Mandatory:*

- MBA - 0-1 Year - Full-time preferred - Any specialization - Ops / Strategy / Healthcare / Marketing

- Strong organizational & project management skills - Can handle multiple projects

- Multi-stakeholder management - Startup internship counts

- Clear, direct writing - Excellent English communication

- High ownership, attention to detail, self-starter & can maintain confidentiality

*Big Plus:*

- Experience with Claude, Cowork, Claude Code - AI-first candidate preferred

- Comfort with Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello

- Startup / Scale-up experience - Internship / Full-time

- Interest in Healthcare / Health-tech
