Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an MBA HR Intern at Marvelous Coach (OPC) Pvt Limited. As an MBA HR Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources team, Online or Offline course content with various tasks. This includes participating in the recruitment and onboarding processes, assisting with employee relations, maintaining HR records and confidential employee information, and supporting HR initiatives. Research activities, creating content, presenting the information for creating online courses. Visiting organization to get more clientele. This role is located in Hyderabad with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Willingness to visit organization and Educational Institutions.
