URGENT HIRING – MBBS & BAMS DOCTORS

EXPERIENCE

• 1–3 years of clinical experience – Mandatory

• Prior Paediatric / Child Care / NICU experience will be preferred

QUALIFICATION

• MBBS – For MBBS Doctor position

• BAMS – For BAMS Doctor position

• Valid Medical Council Registration

SALARY

MBBS Doctor: Starting from ₹1,00,000 per Month

BAMS Doctor: Starting from ₹70,000 per Month

• Salary is negotiable based on experience, clinical expertise and suitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clinical care to paediatric patients as per hospital protocols

• Conduct initial patient assessment and clinical examination

• Monitor patients and assess response to treatment

• Assist in managing paediatric and child-care cases

• Candidates with NICU experience will be preferred for relevant responsibilities

• Attend to urgent and emergency cases and provide initial management

• Coordinate with Paediatric Consultants, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets and clinical documentation

• Counsel parents/attendants regarding treatment, medication and follow-up

• Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices and patient-safety standards

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 1–3 years of clinical experience

• Strong clinical assessment and patient-handling skills

• Paediatric / Child Care / NICU experience preferred

• Good communication and counselling skills

• Responsible and patient-centric approach

• Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment
