URGENT HIRING – MBBS RMO

Location: Bahadurganj, Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh

POSITION

Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

QUALIFICATION

• MBBS from a recognized medical college

• Valid NMC / Uttar Pradesh Medical Council Registration

EXPERIENCE

• Experienced MBBS candidates preferred

• Candidates with Hospital / IPD / Emergency experience will be an added advantage

SALARY

₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per Month

• Negotiable based on experience and suitability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide medical care and support to OPD and IPD patients

• Conduct initial patient assessment and clinical examination

• Monitor vital signs and treatment response

• Attend to emergency and urgent medical cases

• Provide initial stabilization and treatment as per hospital protocols

• Assist Consultants during rounds, procedures and emergency management

• Promptly escalate critical cases to the concerned Consultant

• Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments

• Ensure timely investigations and follow-up of patients

• Maintain accurate case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions and discharge documentation

• Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment and follow-up

• Follow hospital, infection-control and patient-safety protocols

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good clinical assessment and emergency management skills

• Strong patient-handling and communication
