URGENT HIRING – MBBS RMO (ICU)

Location: Mahendragarh, Haryana

Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Position

MBBS – Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Qualification

- MBBS from a recognized medical institution
- Valid registration with the State Medical Council / National Medical Register, as applicable

Experience

- Freshers and experienced MBBS doctors may apply.
- Previous ICU or emergency department experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
- Assess patients' clinical conditions and monitor vital signs.
- Recognize clinical deterioration and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Initiate emergency management within clinical competence and escalate cases to the consultant.
- Assist consultants in ICU patient management and critical care procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts and progress notes.
- Coordinate with intensivists, consultants and nursing staff.
- Ensure proper patient handover between shifts.
- Follow ICU protocols, infection control practices and patient safety standards.

Candidate Profile

- Good clinical assessment and patient-management skills.
- Knowledge of emergency response and basic critical care.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Responsible, disciplined and patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in Mahendragarh, Haryana.

Job Type: Full-Time

Duty Schedule: As per hospital requirements

Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification and experience.
