AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of MBSE Modeler – Tractor Platform 

 Job Summary: 

The MBSE modeler will work closely with platform systems engineers and domain experts to manage architecture artifacts, troubleshoot modeling issues, and ensure that the model remains aligned with evolving system requirements. This role is focused on hands-on model simulation and support, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide architectural strategies and toolchain. 

Your Impact

  Coordinate the maintenance of tractor-level MBSE models, ensuring consistency across platforms and domains 

  
  

• 
  

  Apply MBSE methods and best practices to support system architecture, requirements traceability, and interface definition. 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with platform and domain systems engineers to integrate subsystem models into a cohesive architecture. 

  
  

• 
  

  Support model reviews, audits, and configuration management of architecture artifacts. 

  
  

• 
  

  Troubleshoot modeling issues and continuously improve modeling practices and templates 

  
  

• 
  

  Coordinate with the MBSE Governance Team to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide architecture strategies and toolchains 

  
  

Your Experience and Qualifications  

• 
  

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field. 

  
  

• 
  

  Total Minimum 8 years of experience, 2-4 years of experience in MBSE execution, modeling, and toolchain management. 

  
  

• 
  

  Expertise in system simulation, abstraction, definition of boundaries utilizing tools such as AMESim, Simpack, Simscape, GT suite, etc 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, architecture modeling, and requirements traceability. 

  
  

• 
  

  Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex model structures.
