Job Description - MCS - Portfolio Lead

Description

Act as the primary escalation point for quality issues across all engagements in the portfolio

Drive client proposals, RFPs, estimations resulting in account growth, renewals, and expansion of Quality Intelligence service offerings

Strong understanding of software testing approaches including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and automated testing

Deep understanding of QA methodologies across Agile, DevOps and DevSecOps environments; shift-left and shift-right testing approaches

Working experience with tools like JIRA, Selenium, Playwright, Postman, JMeter etc.

Drive adoption of AI driven Quality Engineering, CI/CD integration, and automation-first strategies across engagements

Balance of technical knowledge with people skills by helping teams grow while keeping projects moving, understanding business requirements, and maintaining high-quality standards across projects
