PositionOverview:

MainResponsibilities:

• Createdetailed 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical components andsystems.
  
• Collaboratewith the engineering team to develop design concepts and ensureadherence to projectspecifications.
  
• Performdesign calculations and analyses to validate the functionality andperformance ofdesigns.
  
• GenerateBills of Materials (BOMs) and assist in procurementactivities.
  
• Reviewand interpret technical drawings blueprints andspecifications.
  
• Conductdesign reviews and participate in team meetings to provide inputand feedback on designconcepts.
  
• Ensuredesigns comply with industry standards regulations and qualityrequirements.
  
• Supportmanufacturing processes by providing technical assistance andresolving designrelatedissues.
  
• Continuouslyimprove design processes and methodologies to enhance efficiencyandproductivity.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelorsdegree in Mechanical Engineering or relatedfield.
  
• Proficiencyin 2D drafting and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD andSolidWorks.
  
• Strongunderstanding of mechanical engineering principles and designfundamentals.
  
• Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
  
• Effectivecommunication and collaborationabilities.
  
• Abilityto work independently and within a teamenvironment.
  
• Familiaritywith sheet metal fabrication pressure vessel design processpipeline and machinedcomponents.
  
• Minimumof 2 years of relevant workexperience.
  

SkillsRequired:

• Proficiencyin AutoCAD SolidWorks and other relevantsoftware.
  
• Knowledgeof geometric dimensioning and tolerancing(GD&T).
  
• Experiencewith design analysis and simulation tools (e.g. Finite ElementAnalysis).
  
• Understandingof manufacturing processes and materialsselection.
  
• Abilityto multitask and prioritize taskseffectively.
  
• Strongorganizational and time managementskills.
