Company: Suprajit Engineering Limited Role: Mechanical Cluster developer (Innovator) Position Category: Mechanical Education Requirement: BE Mechanical / Automobile : 3yr Job Description:-  Develop innovative design Electro Mechanical products (Instrument clusters) using CAD tool (Creo 4.0/6.0, Catia, Solid works).  Participate in cross-functional design analysis and product development to improve the Mechanical design.( Product development CFT team consists of Manufacturing, Hardware, Software and Mechanical ).  Work well to package mechanical design to bring product design together with Hardware PCB taking care of form factor and optics.  Able to arrive at PCB profile in CAD and pass ON to Hardware team for PCB design and development.  Shall be able to package the Display LCD/TFT, Dial, sub assembly guides and Hardware board into a Product based on the customer Form factor requirements.  Shall be well versed in coming out of different A surface styling for the Product.  GD&T (Intermediate)  Shall be capable to handle one or two team members  Carryout detailed calculation to verify the design.  Knowledge on DFA,DFM,DFMEA & PPAP  Experience in automotive instrument cluster domain of product development  Exposure to Mold flow analysis preferred.  Exposure to Thermal analysis preferred.  Exposure to OE process for product development preferred.  Product validation exposure like Environmental testing, Endurance testing preferred. Other Requirements: Maintain effective communication with fellow engineers and team members Self motivated learner who contributes to a culture of excellence and lifts the performance of the entire team.
