Mechanical Design Engineer

What is the role about?

Do you enjoy transforming ideas into robust mechanical designs? Are you passionate about developing innovative products using Aluminum /Investment casting, Metal (Carbon Steel) forging and sheet metal technologies? Do you excel at collaborating with global stakeholders to bring concepts into successful series production?

Which tasks will you perform?

• Conceptualize, design and validate mechanical components and assemblies


•  Drive product development from concept to series production


• Perform FEM analysis and mechanical simulation


• Collaborate with global R&D, SCM, Quality and Manufacturing teams


• Manage CAD models, drawings and engineering documentation


• Product Validation & Analysis

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical engineering


• 8-10 years’ experience in mechanical design and product development Expertise in casting, forging and sheet metal design


• Knowledge of Creo, Ansys, SAP ECTR and PLM systems


• Demonstrated Abilities of Performing Mechanical Integrity Analysis and come up with feasibility analysis.


• Solid Knowledge of Geometrical Product Specifications (ISO GPS) 


• Proficiency in 3D CAD Design.


• Experience in Mechanical Simulation and FEM Analysis.


• Experience with Product Development, Manufacturing Technologies, and Project based work environment


• Strong analytical and communication skills
