Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance to join our team at the Bosch Nashik Plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC and SPM machines, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and ensuring high machine uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, Honing, Grinding, and SPM machines.
  


• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out assembly/disassembly of spindles, ball screws, LM guides, slides, and hydraulic circuits.
  


• Maintain Fanuc-controlled machines and ensure maximum equipment uptime using MTTR, MTBF, and Why-Why analysis.
  


• Inspect hydraulic and pneumatic systems, interpret engineering drawings, and follow 5S, Kaizen, and safety practices.
  


• Support production by ensuring machine reliability and compliance with maintenance standards.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  


• Strong knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC, Honing, Grinding, and SPM machines, including Fanuc systems.
  


• Hands-on experience with hydraulic & pneumatic systems, machine assembly/disassembly, troubleshooting, and engineering drawings.
  


• Familiarity with MTTR, MTBF, Uptime, Why-Why Analysis, 5S, Kaizen, and workplace safety.
  


• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under production pressure.
