Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  




• STAAD Pro Certification (mandatory)
  

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in structural/mechanical design (can be adjusted)
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD Pro for industrial and commercial projects
  




• Prepare and review design calculations, models, and structural drawings
  




• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and project teams for integrated design execution
  




• Ensure designs comply with IS codes, project specifications, and safety standards
  




• Assist in load calculations, foundation design, steel structure analysis, and detailing
  




• Support project execution teams with technical clarifications and design modifications
  




• Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and documentation as required
  




• Participate in design reviews and client discussions when needed
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in STAAD Pro
  




• Good knowledge of mechanical & structural engineering principles
  




• Familiarity with IS codes, steel structures, and load analysis
  




• Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications
  




• Good communication and coordination skills
