Job Description - Media and Creative Analyst

Senior Field Marketing Analyst

Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you’ll achieve
 

As a Regional Media & Creative Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering the data, reporting, and insight needed to strengthen media, publisher, and content performance across the region. You will work with Measurement, Creative & Content, and media execution teams to evaluate publisher effectiveness, assess demand‑signal quality, and support campaign optimization. In this role, you will ensure accurate reporting foundations and enable continuous improvement across the Global Digital Demand Generation (GDDG) ecosystem.

In this role, you will drive accurate analysis and reporting that supports media optimization and insight‑driven decision‑making for the region.

You will

  • Deliver reliable reporting and performance insights across media tactics, publishers, and content assets.
  • Support asset‑level and publisher‑level analysis to guide campaign optimization and improve demand‑signal quality.
  • Maintain and evolve publisher scorecards, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability for planning teams.
  • Partner with Measurement and media managers to run A/B tests, evaluate demand‑signal improvements, and support ongoing experimentation.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc reporting and insight requests from regional and global DDG teams, ensuring timely and actionable output

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, media reporting, or digital demand generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data management, and basic data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with digital media performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversion rates, quality signals) and demand‑generation campaign structures.
  • Ability to ensure high data accuracy and translate findings into clear, actionable insights while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience using Scrunch or similar influencer/insight platforms to support content performance and creator evaluation.
  • Understanding of how influencer/content intelligence tools contribute to digital campaign measurement and optimization
