What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.
In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. Strategy includes understanding of key audience segments, business and marketing opportunities, campaign and supporting content development, role of channel, and measurement.
What are we looking for? •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant years of experience in media or marketing, preferably from a publisher, media agency, or consumer-focused media industry.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and media vendors.
•Proficient in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights for campaign optimization.
•Proficient in media planning and buying tools, ad platforms, and analytics tools; familiarity with digital marketing technologies is a plus.
•Meticulous attention to detail in managing media budgets, ensuring accuracy in campaign execution.
Experience in developing and executing media strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
•Hands-on experience in analysing campaign performance data and using insights to inform future strategies.
•Experience collaborating with various teams, such as marketing, sales, and creative, to achieve strategic objectives.
•Exposure to managing media budgets and understanding the financial implications of media planning decisions.
•Understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies, with experience in performance marketing and media buying.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Analyze proprietary data to identify trends and insights that can optimize media campaigns.
•Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
•Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data interpretations.
•Prepare reports summarizing key insights and their implications for media strategies.


•Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and target audience needs.
•Develop comprehensive media strategies that effectively communicate brand messages and drive engagement.
•Tailor media strategies to align with specific goals of supplier partners and their target markets.
•Create clear documentation of media strategies for stakeholder review and alignment.


•Conduct thorough market research to identify relevant media channels and platforms for campaigns.
•Utilize consumer insights, media data, and industry trends to inform media planning decisions.
•Support the execution of media plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
•Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.


•Assist in the creation of media budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across campaigns.
•Track budget expenditures and provide updates to ensure alignment with financial goals.
•Identify opportunities for cost optimization within media plans without compromising quality.
•Prepare budget reports and analyses to inform stakeholders about financial performance and forecasting.


•Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media planning.
•Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategic media positioning and tactics.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
•Engage with clients and partners to gather feedback and foster collaboration on media initiatives.
Accountable for individual compliance with company values, policies and procedures (including XXX Code of Conduct) and all applicable external laws and regulations.
