We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer (Meta Ads Manager) to lead high-performance paid social campaigns for D2C and eCommerce brands. This role requires a data-driven marketer with expertise in scaling Meta campaigns, optimizing ROAS, and driving profitable customer acquisition while managing substantial advertising budgets.



  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for D2C and eCommerce brands.

  • Own end-to-end campaign management, including audience research, media planning, creative strategy, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

  • Scale campaigns while maintaining target ROAS, CAC, MER, and profitability.

  • Develop and test audience strategies, creatives, bidding methods, placements, and campaign structures.

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations.

  • Collaborate with creative, design, content, and tech teams to improve ad performance.

  • Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Events Manager, and tracking integrations.

  • Analyze customer journeys, attribution models, and funnel performance to maximize conversions.

  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Stay updated with Meta platform changes, AI-powered advertising features, privacy updates, and emerging paid media trends.

  • Mentor junior media buyers and contribute to process improvements within the Ad Operations team.






Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for D2C and eCommerce brands.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong ROAS and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Events Manager.
  • Experience managing high monthly advertising budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, and LTV.
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and attribution tools.
  • Ability to develop creative testing frameworks and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience mentoring team members or leading campaign execution.
